The emphasis of the program is on pharmaceutical ingredients and on sustainable use of energy in conjunction with the energy crisis, low-carbon society and climate changes. Our vision is to contribute to research excellence, development of an innovative environment, opening up of new jobs, increasing competitiveness and products’ added value, the transfer of knowledge from research institutions to companies and fulfilling the aims of the Republic of Slovenia in high priority fields of research and technological development. The key areas of our studies will be pharmacy, biotechnology and new advanced materials.

The program will be realized within the newly established public organization called
EN->FIST (Excellent NMR -> Future Innovation for Sustainable Technologies).

NMR CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE FOR THE STUDY OF STRUCTURES AND INTERACTIONS IN BIOTECHNOLOGY AND PHARMACY

This R&D project intensifies the cooperation between the NMR centre and pharmaceutical companies in Slovenia. Modernization of the existing research equipment will help to raise the quality of the service provided by the NMR centre to all interested parties in academia and industry. The project is partially financed by EU.
